Barbara and her team completed a detailed investigative study for the Lakeside Owners Corporation (at 27 Queens Road, Melbourne) examining a number of complex building maintenance issues. They provided a service-level well above our expectations. BY Architecture proposed an innovative option for funding the works recommended which was beyond the original contract. At all stages, we were fully briefed on progress.
